The ms3 pro mini is a fantastic stand alone engine management for your Volvo project. I have been a big fan of the Microsquirt for a budget friendly tuning option but at this price point the ms3 pro mini is the best value in ecus. The added I/O, Added functions in ms3 firmware, built in map and baro sensors make the price difference very small. This kit comes with a wiring harness, USB adapter, and a TunerStudio license.
